Before We Begin

Ensure you have the following apps installed on your iPad:

  • Apple Calendar

  • Apple Reminders

  • Google Calendar (if you prefer using it)

  • Shortcuts

Step 1: Turn On Private Sharing

Go to Settings > Shortcuts and turn on Private Sharing.

You can turn it off after the shortcut has been installed.

Step 2: Access the Shortcut Link

Open the Download Library ((included with any Fureesia product purchase) and click the provided shortcut link. This will prompt you to add the shortcut to your Shortcuts app.

Step 3: Set Up the Shortcut

Once you click the "Download Shortcut" button, you will be directed to the Shortcuts app. Simply click on "Set Up Shortcut" to begin the configuration process.

Step 4: Add the Shortcut

By default, the shortcut is linked to GoodNotes, but you can choose your preferred note-taking app. Tap "Add Shortcut" to finalize the setup.

Please do not edit, change or reorder the shortcut sequence in any way or the integration will break.

While the shortcut lets you add events and tasks from your digital planner to your calendar and reminders apps, please note that the apps and planner do not sync automatically.

With the shortcut installed and configured, you can now:

  • View your events in Apple Calendar or Google Calendar.

  • Set Reminders.

  • Use the Pomodoro Timer (if you’ve downloaded my Student Digital Notebook).

The features may vary depending on the planner shortcut you’re using.
